We really like our neighbors, very friendly, organic gardeners. One of our trees a China Berry fell on their roof during extremely high winds 50-80 mph.

It only damaged their Dish Satellite receptors. We got up there on Sunday night and cleared all the brush and scrub off, because our neighbor was ill. Insurance says "not covered" the tree was healthy, we feel guilty. After 27 years of no claims and paying for the coverage he should be compensated. Our fence was destroyed, our concrete walkway demolished, we did not ask for compensation.

It should have been covered. We did all the cleanup.

Monetary Loss: $500.

It may be covered by their policy. If a tree in their yard or one a block over landed on your roof - your insurance policy covers it.
